Ess Kay was established in 1991. We started with copper tube bends using manual benders in a small workshop. It’s been a long and memorable journey of 30 plus years. We manufacture air-conditioning, heating, refrigeration tubing assemblies, components and fittings; for home appliances, automobile and plumbing applications. We Our manufacturing space is 480000 sq ft. We supply to OEMs across India. We can manufacture based on your design or design the product for your application. We have one of the largest tubing and fittings manufacturing setups in India.
Machinery in our factories is regularly updated for automation. Quality and service are most important to us and we strive to meet the highest standards asked of us. Our factories are ISO-9001 certified. We have dedicated quality teams for each line and the production teams are trained to be quality conscious too. Our in-house lab facilities are equipped for reliability testing. It is in our company’s culture to doggedly pursue improvement in our manufacturing capabilities, through constant improvement in our systems & procedures, through low cost automation and addition of new technology. Mr. Vijay Singh
Chairman
Mr. Vijay Singh joined the company in 2014. Prior to that, he studied in the U.S. and subsequently worked in the manufacturing and service industries, gaining valuable experience in manufacturing and the global supply chain. Upon his return to India, he immersed himself in the company’s operations under the guidance of the late Mr. Mahavir Yadav. It was the dedication and expertise of the broader Ess Kay team that has truly shaped his journey. Working closely with team members and mentors, Vijay gained invaluable experience. Their collective knowledge and unwavering commitment have deeply influenced his leadership approach. Stepping into a leadership role in 2023, Vijay works alongside the team, facilitating growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring that the company continues to thrive by blending the legacy of the past with modern advancements.
Mr. Dinesh Khurana

Today, under the leadership of Mr. Dinesh Khurana, our CEO and Managing Director, the Ess Kay Group has grown from its infancy into one of India’s largest component manufacturers. Mr. Khurana’s journey with Ess Kay began 26 years ago in the accounts department. He worked closely with the late Mr. Mahavir Yadav. Over the years, he has navigated the company through remarkable highs and challenging lows with resilience and determination. His rise to the position of CEO is a testament to his unwavering commitment, strong character, and exceptional work ethic. Having worked in and managed every aspect of the organization, he continues to drive Ess Kay forward with a focus on growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
