Press Shop at Ess Kay Components

At Ess Kay Components, our press shop is engineered to cater to the diverse demands of the home appliance and automobile industries. We have over 50 power presses ranging from 15 tons to 315 tons, and we manage projects of varying complexities, from lightweight components to heavy-duty parts. Our team collaborates with customers to select the most suitable material grades.

Complementing our press shop is a fully equipped in-house tool room. Staffed with skilled technicians, it houses machinery for the maintenance of dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures used in production. This capability enables quick and precise tooling adjustments, minimising downtime and ensuring seamless operations.
